Inaugural Innovate Awards

The inaugural Innovate Awards Ceremony was held during the 2017 FACET Retreat on May 20, 2017 in Nashville, IN. Winners were awarded in the five categories; the ten finalists were also celebrated for their contributions.

Innovate Award Categories

Nominations were gathered and submitted to the retreat planning committee to determine finalists. Finalists then submitted multi-media descriptions of the activity for which they were nominated. 

The call for nominations in this category asked "Do you or your colleague(s) have an effective collaborative classroom activity? What does this activity look like, and how does it promote peer-to-peer engagement in addition to student learning?"
