The latest episode of Great Conversations, titled Getting to Know Gen Z, has been released. This video features Meghan Grace, a generational researcher, and Karli Farrell, a current student at Indiana University who is a member of Generation Z. Karli and Meghan discuss challenges that Gen Z faces, from living in this age of political polarization to the expectation of maintaining a “perfect” social media presence. Meghan Grace is a generational researcher, international speaker, and an author who is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in higher education leadership and policy at Vanderbilt University. Outside of her Generation Z research, Meghan works to help organizations improve their practices and develop organizational strategies through her background in program and project management, and in leadership studies.
Meghan has also been published in three books, which are:
